User Data Deletion
This page explains how users can request deletion of data collected through Gendox social media integrations, including Facebook and Instagram integrations through Meta.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to stole@vmedia.mk with the subject line Social Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, email address, company name, and the social account/page/profile you want removed.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize the relevant social connection records, tokens, authorization metadata, and stored integration data.
What Data Is Deleted
When a valid deletion request is processed, Gendox deletes or anonymizes:
- Connected social account/page/profile records.
- Access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiration metadata.
- Connection status, granted scopes, and authorization metadata.
- Social integration data stored only for Gendox automation workflows.
Facebook and Instagram Revocation
You may also remove Gendox access directly from your Facebook or Instagram account settings by removing the app from your connected apps/business integrations. This revokes future access from Meta. You can still email us to request deletion of stored Gendox records.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or accounting obligations.
