Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gendox, including business management, document, inventory, payment, reporting, and social media integration features.

By using Gendox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of the Service

Gendox is provided for business use. You are responsible for ensuring that your users, company data, documents, integrations, and workflows comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Social Media Integrations

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, or other social media accounts, you authorize Gendox to use approved permissions only to provide requested business workflows, such as account connection, publishing, scheduling, analytics, and automation.

You are responsible for complying with each social media platform’s terms, policies, content rules, rate limits, and permission requirements.

You retain ownership of content and business data you enter into Gendox. You grant Gendox the limited right to process that data only as needed to operate the service and provide requested features.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Some features depend on third-party platforms and may change if those platforms change their APIs, permissions, pricing, or policies.

Gendox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gendox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
